Vestas Technology & Operations, a leader in the wind turbine industry, is seeking an experienced Agile Project Coordinator to join our Research & Development department.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and experience in facilitating Scrum/Kanban processes for multiple software development teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Agile/Scrum/Kanban process for multiple software development teams
  • Coach team members on Agile practices and facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Monitor and track project progress using agile project management tools and metrics
  • Promote a culture of transparency, trust, and collaboration within the team and across departments

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
