About the Role
This Global Risk Governance Professional position is an exciting opportunity for a professional with expertise in regulatory affairs and risk governance to join our client. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in compliance, risk management or a relevant area, with a solid understanding of ABAC-related laws, regulatory frameworks, and industry codes. Strong stakeholder management skills, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are also essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and revise compliance policies and procedures;
- Manage compliance-related systems;
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure consistency and effectiveness in compliance initiatives;
- Monitor regulatory developments, conduct risk assessments, and adapt internal processes to maintain compliance;
- Oversee compliance tools and resources, ensuring accessibility, accuracy, and continuous improvement;
- Create training materials (e.g., web/e-learning).
Requirements
- Degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field;
- At least 3 years of experience in compliance, risk management or a relevant area;
- Strong stakeholder management skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Solid understanding of compliance topics, including ABAC-related laws, regulatory frameworks, and industry codes;
- Experience with process digitalization and automation;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
