Job Role and Location
We are seeking a Junior Financial Controller to join our Controlling team in a full-time position at our Mortágua office, reporting to the Finance Manager.
The Junior Controller will assist the department in monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reporting activities, including preparation and monitoring of the annual budget and forecasts, ensuring data quality and integrity across various tools, KPI analysis, and consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting worldwide (global and regions), as well as preparation of overall comments and analysis.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure monthly Management Control, analyzing offsets between budget and execution and determining results per production unit.
Guarantee that indicators are available for consultation/decision-making by users at any moment.
Support management decisions and the organization and allocation of resources to achieve proposed objectives efficiently and effectively.
Facilitate the organization's performance appraisal, both individually and by responsibility centers.
Monitor Endiprev's performance in complying with budgets, process goals, result centers, and other issues that may be relevant to the company's management.
Cooperate with Endiprev's remaining areas to develop the company's productivity, agility, and effectiveness, particularly in areas closely interacting with the financial area.
Control the projects' monthly budget management.
Cooperate with the financial area by complying with accounting requirements.

Requirements
2+ years of accounting experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in accounting/management/economics or equivalent.
English proficiency.
Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software, and databases.
