Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team as an Inside Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving business growth. Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of inside sales representatives, focusing on developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in sales leadership or management.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM software and B2C sales principles.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
