Our Ideal Candidate
We are looking for an experienced Sourcing Specialist with a strong background in procurement and sourcing processes. The ideal candidate will have a degree and/or +4 years sourcing experience, with a good understanding of sourcing processes (tendering, supplier negotiations and contracting) across multiple indirect spend categories.
Main Responsibilities
- Effectively source various indirect category projects and statements of work in the LATAM and IBERIA business, in accordance with established Procurement policies and guidelines.
- Work closely with Country Sourcing Managers and business leads to implement sourcing strategies and contracting needs.
Key Requirements
- Degree and/or +4 years sourcing experience with good understanding of sourcing processes (tendering, supplier negotiations and contracting) across multiple indirect spend categories.
- Proficient in English, Portuguese and Spanish, both written and oral. Proficient with MS Office Suite, including Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, problem solving skills, and ability to help understand business goals.
