Job Description: Lead Software Engineer BackendWe are seeking a Lead Software Engineer Backend to lead the design and development of solutions within the team, following development processes such as TDD, BDD, and code reviews.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop scalable solutions that meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on goals and objectives.
- Coach and mentor junior engineers to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with new projects and initiatives.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in software development, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong technical skills in C#, Java, or Python programming languages.
- Knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes, and Microservices Architecture.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
