Job Description- Conduct thorough risk monitoring tasks, identifying, analyzing, and reporting potential risks based on the fund's objectives and risk profile.
- Understand the company's risk profile, maintain and update risk processes and procedures, and monitor funds for pre- and post-controls on investment restrictions and policies.
- Set up regulatory, prospectus, and internal rules in control systems, as well as update and monitor the regulatory framework (ESMA, CESR, EMIR, SFDR/ESG).
- Manage risk profiles for liquid and illiquid funds, monitor risks such as market, credit, liquidity, counterparty, and operational risks, and produce indicators, risk analyses, and executive summaries for stakeholders.
- Prepare regulatory reports (AIFMD/Annex IV, UCITS risk reporting, ad-hoc requests) and answer auditors', risk managers', and portfolio managers' questions related to risk management.
- Graduate degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or a similar field.
- Between 3 and 5 years of experience in similar roles.
- Availability for international training.
- Fluent in English (other languages considered an asset).
- High interest in the funds industry sector and risk aspects.
- Knowledge of investment fund regulatory frameworks an advantage.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
