Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our procurement efforts for mechanical components. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead a global team of strategic buyers to negotiate prices and terms with suppliers.
- Develop and execute strategies to reduce costs and improve quality.
- Manage relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
- Support the management team in preparing annual budgets and monthly KPI reports.
- Initiate and execute technical cost reduction projects.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in business administration, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or a similar field.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- 7 years of professional purchasing experience.
- Fluent English language skills.
