We are seeking an IT Governance and Compliance Specialist to join our team at Consort Portugal. The ideal candidate will have expertise in IT governance, compliance, and security frameworks. They will be responsible for ensuring that projects comply with corporate and CIB IT Governance frameworks, as well as identifying and mitigating technical, security, and operational risks.

Main Tasks:
  • Develop and track project roadmaps, aligning business needs with IT requirements.
  • Coordinate testing phases and validation processes with technical teams.
  • Drive initiatives around zero-trust architecture, encryption, identity management, and secure access controls.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in IT project management, with a strong focus on compliance, security, and IT governance.
  • Strong knowledge of IT architecture principles, APIs, and data exchange protocols.
  • Deep understanding of security frameworks and best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to communicate in French is a plus.
