Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Developers, QA, and Architect teams to identify and address high-availability scenarios.
- Develop and implement monitoring and alarm systems to ensure high availability.
- Analyze and debug incidents to quickly resolve and prevent repetition.
- Work with Security, Problem, and Incident teams to identify risks and support incident resolution.
- Automate processes to improve efficiency and reliability.
Required Skills and Experience
- Knowledge of high availability scenarios and CI tools (e.g. Jenkins).
- Good programming/scripting skills (JavaScript, Python, Bash, Go, etc).
- Experience with AWS stack (EC2, RDS, S3, etc).
- Familiarity with infra-as-code approaches (Ansible, Terraform).
- Understanding of Docker/Kubernetes.
