We are excited to announce a new pilot service with a leading video streaming company, and we are looking for a talented individual to join our multilingual team as an Online Video Client Support Advisor. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and provide exceptional customer support to users of this new service.
Located in Lisbon, Portugal, this position involves providing multi-channel support via phone, email, and live chat to users of the new pilot service. As part of a diverse team, you will be responsible for guiding customers through different options and troubleshooting technical issues they may encounter.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in Turkish and a good command of English
- Previous experience working in a call centre
- Eagerness to learn and attention to details
- Flexible attitude and ability to adapt to changing situations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical troubleshooting skills
The selection process can be done remotely via online video conferencing, and a relocation bonus is offered to those successful candidates who relocate to Lisbon from outside Portugal. In addition, a relocation team will be available to assist with finding temporary or permanent accommodation.
