">Job Description
">As a Senior Associate – Technical Project Management, you will lead and support global technical and audit-related projects within the Cybersecurity & Digital Trust (CDT) team, based in our capability center in Lisbon. Your primary responsibilities will include:
">- ">
- Developing and reporting periodic project and financial indicators relating to project objectives, risks, costs, and trends.">
- Using both Agile and standard Waterfall methodologies in the development, initiation, planning, execution, control, and closing of projects to ensure project success.">
- Managing all aspects of projects, including scope management, schedule management, resource management, financial management, and risk and issue management.">
- Partnering with technical leads to identify key work products, ensure cross-functional alignment, and execute plans to meet project goals.">
- Communicating effectively and possessing strong critical thinking, problem-solving, analytical, and presentation skills.">
- Managing competing timelines and prioritizing critical tasks.">
- Championing collaboration and working effectively on cross-functional teams.">
- Fostering an environment where the team can stay focused.">
- Educating the team about Lean and Agile practices like Scrum.">
- Tracking team metrics and finding ways to improve team performance.">
- Guiding the team towards becoming a high-performing and self-managing unit.">

- Project management experience across the full lifecycle of an IT-focused project, including scope management, schedule management, resource management, financial management, and risk and issue management.">
- A solid understanding of business analysis skills and successful decision-making based on holistic thinking.">
- The ability to learn quickly, adapt technically, and translate complex topics or issues into actionable plans for team execution.">
- Knowledge of working in ambiguous scenarios.">
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.">
