Crossjoin Solutions, a Portuguese IT company serving over 30 clients across Europe, Latin America, and North America, seeks an experienced Technical Project Coordinator to join our team. As the primary point of contact for the project, you will coordinate between Crossjoin Competence Center teams and client stakeholders to address daily technical and operational needs.

In this role, you will ensure project documentation is consistently up-to-date, providing the necessary prerequisites for the team to execute their work efficiently. You will lead technical discussions in client meetings, report on task progress, participate in task force or firefighting meetings, and translate client requirements into actionable tasks.

To succeed in this position, you will need to have a bachelor's and/or master's degree in Computer Science or a similar field, as well as at least 4 years of professional experience in roles such as IT Operations Manager, Site Reliability Engineer lead, Platform Engineer lead, Production Support lead, DevOps team lead, Infrastructure lead, Cloud Operations lead, or Systems Engineering lead.

You should possess hands-on technical expertise in at least one type of technology solution, such as CRM, Billing, Order Management, Middlewares, or similar enterprise complex solutions. Additionally, you should have a good level of English (minimum B2 level) and be willing to travel when necessary.

Experience with APM monitoring tools, ELK stack, Issue & Tracking systems, troubleshooting applications in production environments, cloud environments, and relational databases or NoSql would be considered beneficial. Fluency in Spanish is also desirable.
