As a crucial link between the Procurement, Investment, and Project Management teams, you will oversee the grid connection process and administrative milestones. Your expertise will help identify and mitigate risks or delays related to evacuation infrastructure, ensuring smooth progress across all stages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and supervise all project phases from design through construction and commissioning, ensuring execution aligns with schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Manage resources, assign tasks, and collaborate with key teams, including construction, turbine suppliers, and BoP (Balance of Plant) contractors, to keep projects on track.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the engineering team, company management, external partners, and regulatory authorities, ensuring seamless communication and regulatory compliance.
  • Facilitate communication, manage expectations, and ensure alignment between all stakeholders, preventing misunderstandings and fostering successful project collaboration.
  • Promote innovation in wind project design and execution, driving efficiency improvements, reducing costs, and optimizing performance through new technologies and strategies.
  • Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge solutions, such as hybrid wind-solar technologies and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), to enhance project outcomes and future-proof operations.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives, adapting to new technologies and strategies to ensure your team remains competitive in the rapidly evolving renewable energy industry.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in mechanical, electrical, or renewable energy disciplines.
  • At least 4 years of experience in wind energy or a similar renewable energy sector.
  • Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, with experience in overseeing large-scale engineering projects from design through commissioning.
  • Strong understanding of wind turbine technology and Balance of Plant (BoP) systems.
  • Skilled in managing budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects meet financial and operational targets.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise with internal teams, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Adept at problem-solving and driving innovation to improve project efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize performance.
  • Familiar with industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements for wind energy projects.
  • Business-fluent in Portuguese. Any other languages is a plus.
