Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Facilities Assistant to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process invoices and goods receipts in SAP
  • Handle purchase order processing and management
  • Perform administrative tasks in Spanish, including:
    • Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial documents
    • Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding invoice and payment inquiries
    • Assist in maintaining organized documentation
    • Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • 1 year of experience in a similar administrative role
  • Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems is preferred
  • Good skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Problem-solving skills and proactive approach to work
