Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Facilities Assistant to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal.
Key Responsibilities- Process invoices and goods receipts in SAP
- Handle purchase order processing and management
- Perform administrative tasks in Spanish, including:
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial documents
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding invoice and payment inquiries
- Assist in maintaining organized documentation
- Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- 1 year of experience in a similar administrative role
- Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems is preferred
- Good skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving skills and proactive approach to work
