Role: Finance Operations Administrator EUROPE
As a key member of our team, you will report directly to the Indirect Purchase Administrative Manager and perform various operations related to indirect purchases within their scope, ensuring timely treatment and management.
Responsibilities:
Manage administrative tasks for indirect purchases, including cost estimates, invoices, account statement monitoring, dispute management, and supplier communication.
Process order requests and purchase orders in internal systems, validating costs centers associated with each request.
Ensure timely delivery deadlines for purchase orders where applicable.
Maintain a positive working relationship with internal customers and suppliers, providing excellent service support.
Support key users for CEVA's internal platforms.
Requirements:
Candidate Profile: We are seeking an individual with a high school diploma and experience in sales, finance, or accounting administration functions. A minimum of one year of experience in similar positions, preferably in a shared service environment, would be advantageous. Proficiency in Excel and knowledge of SAP and procurement tools (a plus).
Language Skills: Portuguese (C1 level mandatory) and German (C1 level mandatory).
