**Role Summary**

As a Legal Counsel at Vision-Box, you will be responsible for drafting and negotiating agreements with our business partners, balancing commercial and legal stakes, and identifying and communicating legal risks.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Drafting, negotiating, and interpreting commercial agreements with Vision-Box's partners and customers
  • Assessing legal risks and providing general advice to the business
  • Working closely with sales, delivery, and operate teams to support bidding processes and commercial negotiations
  • Staying up-to-date with fast-evolving technology as applied to Vision-Box's business and its legal framework
