Main Responsibilities
  1. Deliver exceptional customer service by monitoring a range of B2B customers across different markets
  2. Manage open items on customer accounts, ensuring timely payments, and resolving any discrepancies or claims
  3. Investigate and analyze customer documents to validate claims and ensure accurate financial records
  4. Process customer payments and maintain accurate balance reconciliations
