We're looking for an experienced Business Developer to join our team in Porto and drive our expansion in this exciting city.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing strategic partnerships with property owners, investors, and industry players
  • Managing a portfolio of properties and identifying opportunities for acquisition
  • Analyzing market trends and competition to inform growth strategies

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A proven track record of results in business development or sales (5+ years), preferably in short-term rentals or real estate
  • Experience with CRM tools, such as Pipedrive, and managing a structured sales pipeline
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build trust with clients and partners
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, with additional languages a plus
