The Position

You'll be responsible for building strong relationships, delivering service excellence, and driving customer success. Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and fulfilling SLA requirements
  • Enhancing customer satisfaction through proactive engagement
  • Leading incident management and escalation processes
  • Collaborating with internal teams to maintain service quality

Desirable Skills

We're looking for individuals with 1-3 years of experience in similar roles, B2B client orientation, and a positive, proactive attitude. Substantial knowledge of the Payments/Fintech industry environment is required. Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish is essential, with additional European languages being a plus. Strong communication and technical skills are necessary, with Salesforce experience highly valuable.
