About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Real-Time Analyst to join our team at TN Portugal. As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for managing resources in real-time to ensure optimal staffing levels and meet customer service level agreements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring site performance to determine required staffing levels
  • Adjusting intraday forecasts to optimize resource allocation
  • Keying daily exception requests, updating schedules, and resolving escalated issues
  • Creating strategic recommendations to improve productivity while balancing service levels and costs

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English is mandatory
  • Microsoft Excel knowledge (to be tested during the recruitment process)
