Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Chief Infrastructure Operations Specialist to join our IT Services infrastructure team. This role will play a critical part in shaping the future of our technology landscape.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a primary technical contact for key technical areas, coordinating with stakeholders and colleagues as required.
- Contribute to the planning, design, and delivery of IT initiatives.
- Configure tools to automate the provisioning, testing, and deployment of infrastructure.
- Produce and own system and infrastructure designs, policies, and documentation.
- Provide reports and proposals for improvements to colleagues and stakeholders.
- Drive IT Services towards a code-centric model for managing infrastructure.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Expertise in modern workplace technologies, including Microsoft 365.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a 'can-do' attitude.
- Experience working within Agile environments and an appreciation of DevOps principles.

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also enjoy a 35-hour workweek and the option for a hybrid working schedule, reflecting our commitment to work-life balance.
