**Job Description:**


We are seeking a skilled Retail Store Manager Assistant to join our team at TN Portugal. As a Retail Store Manager Assistant, you will support the Shop Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store.



**Responsibilities:**



  • Assist the Shop Manager in organising the Shop department and stock area.
  • Support the Shop Manager in updating and refining merchandise presentation.
  • Help the Shop Manager in dressing the shop, the shop window, and the display cabinets.
  • Assist the Shop Manager in ensuring that quality merchandise is supplied in the correct quantities.
  • Support the Shop Manager in implementing payment transactions.
  • Carry out stocktaking duties under the supervision of the Shop Manager.
  • Support the Shop Manager in increasing guest satisfaction.
  • Help the Shop Manager with sales promotion campaigns.
  • Comply with safety regulations; take part in safety drills under the supervision of the Shop Manager.


**Requirements:**



  • Professional training in the service/trade sector and/or professional experience in sales (preferably textiles, perfumery, watches, and/or jewellery).
  • Excellent skills in German and a good knowledge of English.
  • PC experience.
  • Good general education.
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • A born salesperson.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Highly disciplined, motivated, and flexible.
  • Service, customer, and target oriented.
  • A team player.
  • Resilient.
  • Well-turned out appearance.
