Key Responsibilities:
The MDM Technology Lead will be responsible for leading the definition and supervision of all initiatives related to MDM technologies delivered to our EMEA clients. This includes defining and developing MDM offerings, collaborating with sales teams, and assisting project teams in defining project scope and objectives.
Main Duties:
- To define and develop MDM offerings that meet the needs of our EMEA clients
- To collaborate with sales teams to identify business development opportunities and shape overall solutions
- To assist project teams in defining project scope and objectives, ensuring technical feasibility and stakeholder alignment
- To support project managers in managing changes to project scope, schedule, and costs
- To maintain regular communication with the IQVIA MDM Product team to stay informed about new developments and influence product enhancements
- To supervise EMEA MDM initiatives, monitoring progress and identifying potential risks and mitigation actions
- To provide subject matter expertise to support delivery teams, engaging directly with clients
- To recommend process improvements and contribute to defining actions to enhance internal processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
- > 8 years of experience in MDM consulting or product ownership/project management
- Strong project management and relationship-building skills
- Subject matter expertise in MDM
- Excellent knowledge of MDM processes and challenges
- Deep understanding of MDM architectures
- Good knowledge of MDM tools (e.g., Reltio, Informatica, TIBCO)
- Able to work collaboratively with others to achieve team goals
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
