Job Description

Adecco Permanent Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join a prestigious fund management company in Lisbon. As a key member of the investment team, you will be responsible for sourcing and analyzing investment opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and analysis of investment opportunities
  • Preparation of investment evaluation memorandums, business plans, and investment thesis
  • Coordination and execution of due diligence processes until legal and financial closing of the transaction
  • Analysis of financial statements and models
  • Monitoring the performance and profitability of investments
  • Supervision of junior analysts and establishment of relationships with investors and potential investors

Requirements:

  • Degree in Management, Finance, Economics, or similar
  • Minimum three years of professional experience in analysis, projections, financial viability studies, and investment/divestment decisions
  • Professional experience in an audit/consultancy context valued
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) required
  • Strong communication and argumentation skills
  • Dedication, proactivity, persistence, autonomy, and problem-solving skills
  • Mastery of Excel and PowerPoint
