We are currently looking for a Reference Data Junior Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of services delivered and supporting Total Service Quality levels to the stakeholders, adhering to standardization.

The ideal candidate will perform periodic activity relevant reviews with Senior Executive/Stream Supervisor and contribute to Continuous Improvements programs and standardization of processes across all markets in scope, whenever possible.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and check KPIs on quality of services provided and present during DORs.
- Participate in KPIs trends (SLAs), root cause analysis of mistakes/errors and problem solving.
- Maintain and contribute to a good relationship between the team and the different markets.
- Ensure compliance with Nestlé standards including effective management of SODs, updated standard routines, documentation of previous audit points and adherence to CBP (Control Best Practices).
What will make you successful
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Analytics/Management area and previous experience with data management (preferred but not a must). Fluency in English is required.
