At Teleperformance Portugal, we are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Social Media Content Moderator with a native level of written and verbal communication skills in Albanian. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of online content on the Albanian market.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and moderating online content, ensuring that all information uploaded by users adheres to our client's policies and community standards. This requires a strong ability to distinguish self-beliefs from moderated content and policies, as well as a natural fast learner who can develop their skills within a short period of time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and moderate online content on the Albanian market to ensure compliance with client policies and community standards;
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of client policies and community standards to ensure accurate moderation;
  • Provide best practices to achieve client KPIs and propose improvement ideas to enhance content moderation;
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless content moderation and efficient workflow.

Requirements

  • Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Albanian;
  • Fluency in English - B2 level;
  • Natural fast learner with ability to develop skills within a short period of time;
  • Ability to distinguish self-beliefs from moderated content and policies;
  • Motivation and positive attitude;
  • Experience in dealing with high volumes of online content.

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this position is €25,000 - €35,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
