This role presents an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team of over 900 professionals across three continents. Your key responsibilities will involve:

  • Developing and managing an assigned book of prospective business through Sword's channel partners;
  • Identifying and generating new business opportunities;
  • Driving sales growth and meeting annual targets;
  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner and prospect organizations;

To excel in this role, you'll require:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B business development, sales, or inside sales, preferably in healthcare;
  • Experience in health plan/TPA pull-through sales, channel partner pull-through sales, or PBM channel partner pull-through sales;
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets;
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with prospects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;
