Job Summary:

We are seeking a customer support advocate to join our team in promoting sustainable living. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong passion for sustainability, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to escalate complex issues
  • Develop strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive experience

Requirements:

  • Excellent Croatian reading and writing skills
  • Good English reading and writing skills (B2+ level)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Service-minded and empathetic, with the ability to independently support customers
  • High proficiency using computers (typing, quickly navigating between various tools)
  • Comfortable working for a global company and in an international work environment
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Customer service experience is preferred
