Job Overview
Cybersecurity is a crucial aspect of our operations, and we're seeking an experienced Information Security Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our security operations center (SOC), you will be responsible for monitoring security events, analyzing threats, and responding to incidents in real-time.

About the Role
The successful candidate will have a strong background in security, with experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, etc.) and security solutions (firewalls, proxies, SIEM). They will also have excellent communication skills, as they will be working closely with other teams to ensure alignment of security strategies and incident response procedures.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Monitor security events and alerts, investigate security incidents, and respond promptly to mitigate potential threats.
  2. Proactively search for hidden threats and vulnerabilities across systems, networks, and applications to identify potential risks and ensure ongoing protection.
  3. Develop and maintain automated workflows, playbooks, and processes to enhance incident response times and improve SOC operational efficiency.
  4. Continuously analyze security data, identify anomalies, and provide actionable insights for improving security posture within CIL.

Requirements
  1. University degree in a related field;
  2. IT or Security certification (Such as Azure / Compliance / CISSP, CEH, etc.);
  3. Minimum 2 years of experience in security;
  4. Previous experience with security solutions (FW, Proxy, SIEM);
  5. Previous experience in Cloud environment (AWS, Azure or other);
  6. Team spirit and proactive approach;
  7. Excellent communication skills;
  8. Strong analytical skills, ability to identify practical / pragmatic solutions;
  9. Time management / planning - effectively managing personal workload;
  10. Fluent in English.
