Customer Care Specialist for High-End Fashion

We are looking for a customer care specialist for high-end fashion to join our team at BluSelection. As a customer care specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our customers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing product information to customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions

You will also be responsible for following up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their purchase and providing professional usage consulting for our products.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and listening skills, as well as a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
