Business Development Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Regional Business Growth Leader to join our team at Wika Group. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth across a designated region, building strong relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities.
Main Responsibilities
- REGIONAL BUSINESS GROWTH: Develop and execute a business growth strategy for your designated region, focusing on increasing sales revenue.
- CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their specific needs and providing tailored solutions.
- NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with internal stakeholders to drive sales growth.
Requirements
- TECHNICAL DEGREE: A technical degree and 5 years of experience in Territory Sales or Field Sales.
- EXPERIENCE IN CALIBRATORS AND INSTRUMENTATION: Experience in Calibrators and Instrumentation is highly desirable.
- SALES STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT: Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- EXCELLENT LANGUAGE SKILLS: Excellent language skills, with proficiency in English and Spanish (desired).
