About the Role:

This exciting opportunity will see you take on the role of Chief Financial Strategy Officer, leading our financial strategy and planning function. You'll be responsible for reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

  • You'll analyze the impact of business actions on financial results, guiding strategic choices and preparing internal and external management reporting packages.
  • Set and track goals to steer company performance, ensuring we stay on track to meet our objectives.
  • Maintain accurate and reliable accounting data, enabling sound decision-making and providing insightful analyses on sales, costs, profitability, and efficiency.
  • Act as a business partner for non-finance stakeholders, collaborating with other departments to offer financial expertise.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Controlling or FP&A.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and controlling aspects.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel - Power Query, PowerBI, or Tableau is a plus.
  • Hands-on mentality, strong analytical thinking, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness to learn, flexible, and resilient.
