We're seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our Intelligence Team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in transforming raw support data into actionable insights. Your responsibilities will include designing and maintaining dashboards, responding to ad-hoc data requests, and collaborating with colleagues to enhance our support processes.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Reporting and Analysis: Develop real-time and periodic reporting tools to track ticket volumes, SLA adherence, and operational KPIs.
  • Trend Analysis: Investigate unusual trends or client-specific concerns and present clear findings.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Tooling Specialist to ensure accurate data flow from various systems.
  • Presentation and Recommendations: Present actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Business Review Reports: Prepare reports highlighting key insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • BI Platform Experience: Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
  • Data Manipulation Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other data manipulation tools.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Comfortable working with support managers, tool specialists, and engineering teams.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
