The Company TN Portugal seeks an experienced sales professional with strong German language skills to fill the position of German Speaking Telesales Agent in Lisbon.

About This Opportunity

As a key member of our international team, you will engage in various tasks to achieve success in sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet targets
  • Providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships
  • Continuously identifying opportunities for growth and revenue increase through cross-selling and up-selling
  • Maintaining open lines of communication within the team to ensure seamless collaboration
Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Native-level German language skills and a good command of English
  • Previous sales experience (preferably in a similar field)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A dynamic, proactive, and results-driven attitude
  • Ability to adapt to new cultures and environments
  • Valid Portuguese work permit
Compensation and Benefits
