At Tn Portugal, we are seeking an experienced Senior Workday Compensation Specialist to drive functional and technical implementations within the Workday ecosystem. With a strong background in Compensation and Benefits, this role will lead and execute Workday Compensation module implementations, gathering and analyzing business requirements, and translating them into functional specifications for technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute Workday Compensation module implementations.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for technical teams.
- Provide expertise in Compensation & Benefits concepts, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Support and train end-users, ensuring optimal system adoption.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6+ years as a Workday Consultant, with 2+ years of functional expertise in the Workday Compensation module.
- Deep knowledge of HR processes related to Compensation & Benefits.
- Experience in data management, system integrations, and reporting.
- Technical & Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to train and support end-users, ensuring smooth system adoption.
