Boost It seeks an experienced Cyber Security project lead to oversee the Cyber 2028 – Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) project. The successful candidate will focus on Cyber Risk Management and Regulatory Requirements (NIS2).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management & Leadership: Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, timelines, risk assessment, and stakeholder management.
  • Oversee internal and external dependencies to ensure steady delivery from project contributors.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify and remove roadblocks.

Stakeholder Management: Engage and align stakeholders to refine project scope and objectives, leading meetings and committees for transparent communication.

Change Management & Training: Develop a change management plan to support adoption, design, and execute training programs for end-users.

The ideal candidate has strong project management expertise, at least 10 years of experience as an IT project manager, excellent organization and communication skills, critical thinking, and fluency in English. Additionally, they should be able to influence stakeholders and vendors, with experience in Cyber Security, NIS2, and GRC implementation. Candidates must be based in Portugal.
