About the Role

We're seeking a Content Review Specialist to join our team in Copenhagen. As a Content Review Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of content on our website. Your daily tasks will include reviewing user flagging reports, understanding and remaining up-to-date with client policies and guidelines, analyzing and identifying non-compliant content, and flagging it for action in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Review user flagging reports regarding website content
  • Stay updated with client's policies and guidelines
  • Analyze and identify non-compliant content
  • Flag non-compliant content for action within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality
  • Recognize trends and patterns, and escalate issues outside of established policies
  • Use market-specific knowledge and insights to spot solutions to improve user community support
  • Review sensitive content, including graphic or disturbing subjects

Ideal Candidate

  • You are fluent in Dutch at a native level and have strong English skills (B2)
  • Experience in customer care is an advantage but not necessary
  • You possess good computer handling skills and can deal with sensitive content
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with research capabilities
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a service-oriented approach

What We Offer
