Job Summary

We're looking for a Junior Accountant to join our Finance & Administrative team, responsible for managing our accounting and financial operations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, a passion for numbers, and a drive to grow in a dynamic environment.

This position is based in the city of Maia in Portugal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage accounting and financial operations for assigned Group companies;
  • Organise and register accounting documents, ensure bank reconciliation, and prepare monthly accounting closings;
  • Coordinate with the official chartered accountant to guarantee fiscal obligations are met;
  • Process employee payments, reconcile transactions, and maintain accurate records;
  • Prepare analyses of accounts and produce monthly reports;
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned;

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or an equivalent field;
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills;
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure;
  • Familiarity with relevant accounting software and systems;
