Cloud Native Solutions Architect

As a Technical Product Manager, you will be part of an international, multidisciplinary team working on Cloud Native solutions for start-ups, scale-ups, and major companies in Europe.

Key Responsibilities- Drive projects end-to-end: Manage timelines, ensure key milestones are met, and keep all stakeholders aligned and informed.
- Shape product vision: Define and execute the product roadmap, aligning with business objectives and user needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with engineers, designers, and business teams to deliver successful products.
- Manage stakeholder expectations: Act as the primary communication point between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth and transparent processes.
- Identify and track success metrics: Monitor project performance and product impact through KPIs, ensuring deliverables meet business goals.
- Assess and mitigate risks: Evaluate risks around value, usability, feasibility, and business viability, making sure we deliver the right solutions.
- 2-3 years of experience in project management, with a solid understanding of product development processes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in fast-paced, tech-driven environments.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to confidently communicate with clients and external stakeholders to ensure project goals and requirements are understood and met.
- Strong stakeholder management skills—capable of aligning internal teams and external partners, ensuring smooth collaboration and timely delivery.
- Experience working with data-driven problem-solving, turning insights into actionable strategies.
- Ability to prioritize effectively, balancing short-term needs with long-term product vision.
- Basic technical understanding of coding, deployment processes, cloud infrastructure, and system architecture (monolith vs. microservices), enough to collaborate with technical teams.
