**Job Overview**

You'll be part of our Buyer Enablement team within Solution Consulting, driving concepts to ensure a seamless and always-available Buyers Journey.

Your main task is to simplify complexity for our buyers using various tools across all touchpoints, from vision generation to contract signing.

Collaboration with multiple stakeholders is crucial to achieving this goal.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Buyer Enablement Initiative Management:
    • Assist in planning and executing initiatives to create a holistic Buyer Experience.
    • Drive adoption and rollout of our in-App guidance, Demo Automation, and other initiatives to help buyers navigate applications and appreciate Unit4 solutions.
  • User Guidance:
    • Design and develop user manuals to assist buyers in experiencing solutions self-sufficiently.
    • Work with Solution Consultants to learn best practices and use cases in our applications, convincing customers that our solutions are simple and user-friendly.
  • Demo Automation Tool Support:
    • Contribute to developing a Recorded Demo Library in the Demo Automation Tool.
    • Participate in and support training sessions for Demo Automation Tool user groups.
    • Improve concepts of using the tool to convince buyers and convert opportunities.
  • Content Review and Editing:
    • Interface between demo recordings, stories, and creative teams for content editing.
    • Take over light editing to generate Buyer Enablement content.
  • Impact Analysis:
    • Support oversight of the Buyer Journey's analytics.
    • Help improve available insights and use them for buyer intent data visibility and knowledge for Account Manager and Solution Consultant Teams.
  • Solution Development:
    • Learn to navigate our ERP platform to know best use cases and stories for delivering solutions to customer pain points.
    • Be actively involved in influencing running deals by working together with Solution Consultants.

**Requirements**

We're looking for someone with:

  • A Higher Education degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or Marketing.
  • First work experience is preferred.
  • A strong understanding of user experience design and the ability to create clear documentation.
  • Customer-centric motivation and excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software development methodologies.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent English proficiency (verbal and written).
  • Experience with Digital Adoption Platform Userlane and/or Demo Automation Platform Consensus is preferred.
  • Experience with Unit4 Business Applications is preferred.

**Estimated Salary:** $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on location and experience.
