We're expanding our Portugal team and seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend Developer with expertise in React to join our team.
About the Role
- Lead the design and development of dynamic, responsive, and visually appealing web applications using React.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement user-centric designs and ensure seamless interactions.
- Optimize components for maximum performance across a range of devices and browsers.
- Mentor and guide junior developers to maintain high development standards.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while adhering to best practices.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and compliance with standards.
- Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure robust functionality.
- Research and implement emerging technologies to improve frontend development processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Extensive experience in frontend development with a focus on React and its ecosystem (e.g., Redux, Context API, React Hooks).
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Expertise in building responsive, cross-browser compatible applications.
- Knowledge of modern frontend tools and workflows (e.g., Webpack, Babel, ESLint, Prettier).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library.
- Solid understanding of state management and component lifecycle.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are an asset.
