Job Description

We are seeking an HSE Trainee/Intern to join our team, working closely with experienced professionals to support the review of safety data sheets, develop and update occupational safety procedures, and promote good practices and HSE campaigns.

You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the review of safety data sheets and respective risk assessments
  • Contributing to the development and updating of Occupational Safety, Health, and Environment procedures
  • Promoting good practices and HSE campaigns
  • Supporting the documentation for the operation of the Management System (ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018)
  • Monitoring daily HSE activities on the shop floor
  • Inserting and following up on actions related to HSE indicators using the PDCA method
  • Supporting the analysis of documentation from external companies
  • Supporting and monitoring employees from external companies
  • Supporting the onboarding of new employees
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Health, or a similar field
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Autonomy and ability to work independently
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Proactivity and ability to take initiative
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Creativity and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
What We Offer
