We are seeking a seasoned Client Experience professional to lead our new global Client Experience team in delivering exceptional educational travel experiences for our valued clients. As a key member of the Transforma Travel Group, you will be responsible for fostering excellence and recognition within the team while ensuring that every stage of our client journey is established, clear, and excellently executed.
About the Role
This Client Experience Manager role is ideal for a process-driven, personable professional with excellent communication skills who excels at creating and delivering efficient and effective systems between departments and for clients. Your team will collaborate internally with other departments to ensure a smooth transition for teachers from pre-departure to the travel experience itself.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, develop, motivate, and manage the new global client experience team, fostering excellence and recognition.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to ensure your team possesses in-depth knowledge of travel documents, itinerary details, destination information, and risk management procedures.
- Evaluate client satisfaction and identify trends to raise service levels and resolve complaints.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a customer service leadership role, preferably in the educational travel market.
- A proven track record of building and motivating high-performing teams, preferably within remote teams.
- In-depth knowledge of travel industry best practices, particularly related to group travel and educational school programming.
