About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Italian-speaking customer support specialist to join our team. As a customer support specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing technical support, and maintaining a consistent brand voice in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer requests via phone, email, chat, social media, and messaging channels.
  • Provide pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical support.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice in both private and public interactions.
  • Escalate issues to higher support tiers as needed.
  • Collaborate with technicians to resolve help tickets.
  • Manage an individual ticket queue and follow management direction.

Requirements:

  • C1 level of Italian language proficiency.
  • Previous customer service or BPO experience is an advantage.
  • Fast decision-maker with a positive outlook.
  • Available to work flexible hours and days.
