Be a Key Player in Digital Marketing
We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Consultant to join our team at Blu Selection, a leading international recruitment company. As a Digital Marketing Consultant, you will work with digital agencies to drive customer satisfaction and growth, analyzing campaign data and optimizing ROI for their digital marketing investments.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis and Campaign Optimization: You will analyze campaign data and optimize ROI for digital marketing investments, driving growth and customer satisfaction for our partner agencies.
- Strategic Digital Marketing: You will develop and implement digital marketing strategies, leveraging your expertise to drive business results and improve customer engagement.
- Consulting and Collaboration: You will work closely with digital agencies, providing expert advice and guidance on digital marketing best practices and helping to strengthen relationships between agencies and colleagues.
- Continuous Learning: You will stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, applying your knowledge to drive business results and improve customer experience.
Requirements
- Language Skills: You must be a native German speaker with a B2 level of English.
- Education: You must hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing or business.
- Experience: You must have at least 1-2 years of experience in sales, digital advertising, or PPC campaigns.
- Soft Skills: You must have good negotiation skills, be comfortable communicating with people, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Additional Requirements: You must be willing to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal, and have a valid Portuguese work permit.
What We Offer
- Contract Type: We offer a fixed-term contract for one year, with the possibility of renewal every year.
- Working Hours: You will work Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with 40 hours per week.
