At Capgemini Engineering, we're seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team in Lisbon for an exciting project in the Energy sector. Your mission will be to support the management of a high-impact project, collaborating with other team members, areas, and external consultancies. You'll build trust with various stakeholders across platforms and geographies to ensure initiatives' successful implementation. Your responsibilities will include delivering high-quality executive presentations to C-Level on project status, implications, and impact, as well as ensuring effective and efficient management of scope, time, cost, and quality. You'll also develop and ensure compliance with project plans, focusing on execution, communication, risks, and mitigation. Additionally, you'll ensure financial execution aligns with project execution.

Key Requirements:
10+ years of experience as a Project Manager of high size and complexity in scope, timings, and/or budget.
Fluent English and Portuguese (Spanish is also highly appreciated).
Experience leading end-to-end programs across different phases and managed portfolios and roadmaps in large multinationals with a global scope and complex environments.
Knowledge in collaboration tools/channels; Experience in Jira & Confluence.
