Junior Accountant

At Securitas Direct, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Costing and Capitalization Specialist to join our Shared Service Center in Lisbon. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in achieving our growth and organizational transformation goals.

• Monitor and document different Costing processes inside Oracle Cloud.
• Manage communication with our team of Oracle Specialists based in Lisbon.
• Treat large volumes of data in Excel to start the capitalization process.
• Ensure all Work Orders are correctly booked and documented in these Excel files.
• Manage the entire process from start to finish, ensuring every step is complete without jeopardizing the process.
• Help new entities that migrate from their actual process to the one defined by the group.
• Perform other tasks as required.

• High school graduate or higher, preferably with a technical degree related to the corporate world.
• Good level of written and spoken English.
• 1+ years of relevant experience (P2P, O2C, GL, or other financial area).
• Previous experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, NAV) and deep knowledge in Excel is valued.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.
