The Accounts Receivable Analyst is responsible for controlling and monitoring of Account Receivables for direct pharmacies portfolio in Portugal, ensuring the timely collection of debts and resolving any related issues.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Keep customer accounts up to date
  • Analyze customer accounts at the time of payment application for any partial payment or customer errors
  • Contact customers immediately to resolve any remittance discrepancies

This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
