Job Overview

We are seeking an HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Trainee to join our team at our Palmela site. As a trainee, you will support the compliance and effectiveness of HSE procedures, contribute to internal audits, and maintain management systems in accordance with current certifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Support for compliance and effectiveness of HSE procedures;
• Support in internal audits;
• Contribute to the maintenance of management systems in accordance with current certifications;
• Support in the development of HSE procedures, instructions, and forms;
• Collaborate in the analysis and prevention of professional risks and environmental aspects;
• Propose solutions to improve working conditions, in terms of safety and respect for the environment.

Requirements

• Fulfills or recently graduated in engineering, human resources, or management area;
• Good level of written and oral English;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• International mindset;
• Results orientation;
• Entrepreneurship mindset;
• Ability to work in a matrix organization.

Estimated Salary: €35,000-€45,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
